SMS Program Overview

Opting In
You opt into SMS messages by checking the optional consent box on our estimate request form. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number or submitting the form without checking the box does not opt you into SMS.
Opting Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive no further text messages from our SMS program, except where a single final confirmation message is permitted.
Rejoining
If you have opted out and later wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll by submitting a new estimate request with the SMS consent box checked, or by contacting us directly to request re-enrollment.

Carrier Responsibility
Level Up Exteriors is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's transmission capabilities and network conditions. Carriers do not guarantee delivery of all messages.
